Bend, Oregon Real? Estate Market

Some day, hopefully soon, my wife and I will be home owners in Bend. Growing up here adds insult to stupidity of not cashing in on a shack when things were cheap.

If I would've bought a shack, say on the Deschutes River, or with a spectacular view of the mountains, I could have possible sold it today for 20 times more.

I made this shirt for the folks who did buy their shacks on the river and sold them, now living the lottery lifestyle.
